Refund policy

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt for a valid proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you need to contact us at first at stalagmite.formation@proton.me

Once we confirm that your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

After package being received and expected in our warehouse, we will proceed with a refund back to an original payment method, if it's not available for any reasons it's going to be a subject to discussion to make everything the right way.

Items sent back to us prior to requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately with attaching high quality photos if the package or product is defective, damaged or if you had received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
To make an exchange process as simple and smooth as possible, we do follow a regular return procedure described above. Once your order has been refunded, you are more than welcome to make a new purchase, and we will make sure to make things more favorable.
