All shipments are going to be submitted by UkrPoshta from our warehouse, which is located in Lviv, Ukraine. 

Please, be aware that due to a current situation in Ukraine, some delays might be expected.

Tracking ID will be provided to you by email as soon as the order will be processed. Order processing might take up to 3 business days.

Please note that we are not responsible for any additional fees, such as import & duty taxes, customs brokers services, and so on, due to the fact that we are not collecting ANY TAXES.

All the products & services prices do not include taxes. For more information on your liability to pay import fees, or any other fees enforced by your government, please, refer to your customs.
